CSG is offering a $1,500 Sign-On-Bonus for these positions. The bonus will be paid after the successful completion of the initial evaluation period.

As a School Based Therapist, you are responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and their families in a variety of settings. You will also:

• Provide treatment services to families including therapy, skills training, and education designed to enable families to care for their mentally ill or emotionally disturbed children in the home.
• Provide individual, family and/or group counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
• Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings, to enhance the services of Community Services Group.

• Pequea Valley School District
  • Full-Time 10 month position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday - school hours. Starting in the 2023-2024 school year. Enjoy your summers off.
• Cocalico School District
  • Full-Time 10 or 12 month position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday - school hours.
• Eastern Lancaster County (ELANCO) School District
  • Full Time 10 month position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday - school hours. Enjoy your summers off.
• Hempfield School District
  • Full Time 10 month position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday- school hours. Enjoy your summers off.
• Manheim School District
  • Full Time 10 month position (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday- school hours. Enjoy your summers off.

These positions offer:

• Starting wage (negotiable based on relevant experience):
  • LSW - $25.00 per hour
  • LPC/LMFT/LCSW - $27.00 per hour

Qualifications:

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist.
• Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field.
• Experience working in outpatient services and with children preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants encourage to apply.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
