At CSG's Lancaster Adult Mental Health Services Partial Hospitalization Program, you will be part of an expert treatment team that works with individuals to define and provide the support they need through group therapy, skills building groups, and medication management. This allows individuals to benefit from a higher level of care while remaining in their home and community.

This position offers:

• $18.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience.
• Full-Time (40 hours per week) - Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM hours.
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call.

As a Group Activity Therapist, you are an active member of the multi-disciplinary team at the Partial Hospitalization Program. Your responsibility will be to assist and support adults in achieving their optimal level of functioning. You will also:

• Provide case administration to an assigned caseload.
• Facilitate group process and activity within the program.
• Contribute to the multidisciplinary treatment team process.
• Perform clinical assessments and develops/implements treatment plans.
• Complete quality documentation in a timely fashion.
• Communicate relevant information regarding individuals to family and appropriate agencies.
• Participate in the daily operations of the program.
• Collect data on client treatment plan goals.
• Share in the ongoing assessment of the individual's progress.
• Engage in daily interaction and communication with program participants.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, psychology, human development & family studies (HDFS), etc.) or related field.
• Prior working experience in mental illness and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet individual's and program's needs.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and/or transport individual to appointments.
• Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
