Community Resources for Justice is Hiring a Behavior Clinician - Clinician I (MSW, BCBA, CRC, MHC) Near Shirley, MA

About This PositionCRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable clinicians to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a full-time position that will be working in our group homes throughout North Central MA. This position has starting rate of $65,000 annual salary.This is a fantastic opportunity to receive valuable training to not only start your career, but also to advance it.CRJ offers opportunities for tremendous career advancement and professional development. Duties & Responsibilities:Actively participate as a dynamic member of a support team to plan, develop and implement services.Develop and maintain, in collaboration with members of the support team, effective individualized Positive Behavior Supports Plans based on the principles of PBS.Effectively communicate with families, guardians, the Department of Developmental Services, the Department of Mental Health, and all other agencies/providers concerning clinical concerns and progress.Conduct engaging training for residential supervisors, shared living providers, and direct care staff to help develop their knowledge of clinical and programmatic procedures and effectively support the individuals we serve.Develop and implement effective procedures to teach social skills and emotional regulation skills for individuals and groups.Provide individual and group therapy as needed, and document progress.Prepare for and actively participate in internal and external meetings; provide current clinical updates and progress, contribute approaches and procedures to effectively support individuals and teams.Job Qualifications:Master’s degreeLCSW, BCBA/LABA, LMHC preferred.Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or behavioral challenges preferred.Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and/or challenging behaviors preferred.Understanding of Positive Behavior Supports preferred. #INDMA2
