We are looking for a caring and empathetic support service workers to assist our clients with day-to-day tasks.

Support Service Workers are currently needed to provide Home and Community Based Services to individuals with intellectual disabilities in their homes.

To ensure success as a support worker, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and good leadership skills.

• Location: Warren area
• $17 Hour
• Part-time
• Evenings 4:30-9:30pm
• Days vary

Responsibilities:

• Duties are set by the individual and managing employer based on the Individual Service Plan goals and outcomes.
• Assisting with activities of daily living including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and personal care, and community integration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and do basic math
• Current and valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with current and valid car insurance
• Must be able to pass various background checks
