GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Responsible for providing overall direction, leadership, supervision, and management of all operations for CRT’s Middlesex Multi-Service Center. Assigned programs/services include, but are not limited to, energy assistance, case management services, employment & training, special events, various client assistance funds/programs and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. This position serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for program operations and routinely interacts with community stakeholders, including, non-profit agencies, CRT partners, and members of the community.

ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required, Masters Degree in related field preferred, education may be substituted with experience on a year by year basis.
Minimum Years of Experience: Minimum of six (6) years’ experience working in human services or related field. A minimum of three (3) years managing human service program(s) operations required.
Demonstrate skills: Written and verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrates the ability to work in collaboration with a variety of service providers.
Knowledge of: individuals from diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds required.

Active Driver License in good standing required upon hire and throughout employment

Physical Ability: Tasks involve sedentary to light work, involving some reaching, handling, fingering and/or feeling of objects and materials. Tasks also involve the ability to exert physical effort, typically involving some combination of stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling, and the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds); may occasionally involve heavier objects and materials (up to 100 pounds).
Sensory Requirements: Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate colors or shades of colors. Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate depths. Some tasks require visual perception and discrimination. Some tasks require oral communications ability.
Environmental Factors: Tasks are regularly performed with potential exposure to adverse environmental conditions, such as strong odors, fumes, dusts, wetness, humidity, machinery, and toxic/poisonous agents. This position requires interaction with members of the community and direct face to face interactions with individuals attending various community events.
