Will serve as key representative of Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), Medical Director, and Director of Quality and Care Management to develop and maintain relationships with member physician practices, share and assist practices with development of population health best practices, review of key quality, utilization and cost data with physicians and staff, lead performance improvement reviews with identified providers, and assist CIN with implementation and accomplishment of key quality and cost objectives. Ability to interface with a wide variety of physician administrators, physicians, and healthcare workers. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a self-starter, and work with minimal supervision while prioritizing and organizing duties and responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare is required.
