Position DescriptionThe responsibility of the Maintenance Custodian Technician is to assist with a variety of custodial and general maintenance duties of routing nature at a shopping center, office building or multi-unit residential property.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr based upon factors including but not limited to related experience and time in the industry.
