The Role:
The Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator is a key member of the Quality Improvement team. The QI coordinator works collaboratively with other departments and QI staff to ensure quality service delivery standards are met. The position is responsible for the coordination of essential QI activities including organizing internal and external audit and review activities, data integrity monitoring, client satisfaction surveys and other associated duties.
What we’re looking for:
  • Associates degree in business administration, health and human services or social services preferred. A combination of post-secondary education and related experience will be considered.
  • Two years medical records, electronic health records and/or quality improvement experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and collaboration skills required
  • Must become competent in elements of Microsoft 365
