We are seeking a highly skilled State Director to oversee operations in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Las Cruces New Mexico. The State Director is responsible for the overall operations of assigned regions. This executive leadership role provides guidance to the Executive Director(s) and management, focusing on the continued development and expansion of services. This includes the management of executive leadership, program development, fiscal oversight, quality assurance, contract compliance, and any applicable matters of accreditation. The State Director is responsible for meeting the corporate goals and maintaining person-centered and inclusive programs that align with the philosophy and mission of Community Options. The State Director must be based out of our Albuquerque, New Mexico office.
