Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in office management. Duties: - Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed - Assist with training and development of new employees - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Plan and organize company events or functions Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette - Experience in event planning is desirable - Previous experience in supervising staff is preferred We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
