Compensation

Salary Range: $71.00 - $100.00 / hour

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

Direct the strategic, growth, and operational objectives for the Cardiovascular Service Line including the Interventional and Endovascular Suites, Cardiovascular Recovery Unit, and Physiology Department. Direct and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to achieve quality and superior patient care across the continuum of care. Direct and oversee program development, performance management, personnel activities, budget, and the provision of services within the Cardiovascular Service Line. Develop and maintain effective physician and staff relations. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, administrative leadership, community outreach programs, and physician leaders to achieve the organizational mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Healthcare field
• Five (5) years of management experience
• Seven (7) years of experience in Cardiovascular Services setting

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree
• Current CA RN License or CA Radiologic Technology License
• Clinical expertise in cardiology
