Salary Range: $40.71 - $60.77 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.
Pay for PRN positions is calculated differently than Full-Time, Regular Part-Time, and Part-Time positions. PRN Rates depend on the position and other factors, including years of experience, or shift commitment according to the department policy. PRN differential is added in certain positions.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Director of Rooms plans, directs, supervises and coordinates the organization and administrative functions in all areas of the Rooms Division at CMH and OVCH; sustain total compliance with standards of operation; ensuring that staffing is maintained at an appropriate level to match patient census; participating in all regular operation meetings and in the formulation of strategic business plans; establishing monthly reporting system to monitor quality; handling all patient, resident, visitor, and staff complaints expeditiously to complete resolution; closely monitoring the Rooms Division financial performance; provides solutions to improve problem areas and assists in implementing corrective measures. The Assistant Director of Rooms must have a passion for excellence with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude that provides all patients and visitors with quality service while maximizing patient experience, staff productivity, and developing EVS and laundry staff. Supports the strategic mission, vision and values of the organization.
