Salary Range: $81.36 - $130.18 / hour

Position Overview:

The Director of Pharmacy Services oversees all inpatient and outpatient pharmacy activities. The Director of Pharmacy Services is responsible for the management of the Associate Director of Inpatient Pharmacy Operations, Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacy IT, Clinical Coordinator, Medication Safety Officer, 340B Manager, and Diversion Program Manager . Other responsibilities include oversight of Pharmacy Purchasing and Budget, and compliance with regulatory boards, BOP, FDA, DEA, DNV, and pharmacy regulations and best practices.

Required:

Master's Degree
• Current CA Pharmacist License
• Five (5) pharmacy experience
• Two (2) years of managerial experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing, and ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to senior management and several customer levels

Preferred:

• PharmD
• Chemotherapy Infusion experience
• Epic experience
