Community Regional Medical Center located in Fresno, CA is currently seeking a Diagnostic Rad Tech 1 to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our team is made up of diverse cultures. Though we have different backgrounds, we pride ourselves on our ability to come together as a team to provide excellent patient care. Many of our staff have attended preceptor training and love teaching new members to ensure the best patient outcome is achieved. You will work and collaborate directly with other imaging professional. You’ll have an opportunity to be an integral member of our Imaging Team. You’ll have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, have the desire to work closely with all staff members, and have a positive attitude.As a Diagnostic Rad Tech 1 you’ll perform a variety of imaging procedures and will be responsible for patient safety protocols, set up examination rooms, prepare patients prior to bringing to the exam room. You will be require to have all necessary equipment is ready for use and secures medical records, confirm correct procedure and patient identity prior to staring the procedure. You will collaborate with other medical team members, physicians and nurses. Not only will you have the opportunity for professional growth and development but, we will help you to be successful in this role. *New Grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Experience/Education requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current California State Department of Health Services certificate as Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT). Must obtain Fluoroscopy Permit within 6 months of hire or transfer into position.
  • Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • ARRT (R) - ARRT Radiography preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

It is highly preferred to have a knowledge of CT techniques and scanning abilities. You will work and collaborate directly with other imaging professionals.Click HERE to learn more about our awesome benefits offerings as well!
