Responsibilities

Develops and implements strategic marketing/public relations and/or internal communication plans and initiatives, consistent with Community's established strategic direction and corporate goals. Interacts directly with Human Resources, Information Systems, Fund raising, Business Development staff and other internal and external contacts to create and execute these plans and their associated projects. Oversees writing responsibilities, editing needs, and general content development for a variety of communication mediums and audiences. 

Qualifications

Education• Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field required• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 10 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree Experience• 5 years of progressively responsible, professional Communications experience required• Experience in the Healthcare industry or a Healthcare setting preferred
