Community Management Group LLC is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Burien, WA

Community Management Group is a value driven mobile home and RV park real estate investment firm based in Seattle, Washington. We acquire, operate, and wholesale mobile home and RV communities in the Pacific Northwest. We currently operate 26 communities with over 1500 lots and over 2,000 residents in Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and California.

Summary:
The Property Manager will work under our Director of Asset Management and be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Mobile Home & RV Parks managed by CMG. This full-time position serves as a lead property manager, supporting ownership in the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day property management, including rent collection, financial statements, tenant correspondence, and occupancy optimization.
  • Supervise on-site park managers and park helpers and coordinate weekly and as-needed calls.
  • Facilitate rent collection and drive occupancy in each property.
  • Coordinate advertising and manage contractor schedules for capital improvement projects.
  • Assist in tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Spearhead in-office and on-site projects related to park transitions and ongoing management.
  • Coordinate with the bookkeeper to address invoice questions.
  • Assist in the integration of new parks into the portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a preference for working in a small team environment.
  • Experience with Rentmanager preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work with integrity and treat others with respect.
