Morning Star Home Care is a Progressive Provider of Home Health Care Social Services in East Greenwich Rhode Island, and we are seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Professional to manage our Accounting and Management Functions.
Responsibilities & Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Billing
• Payroll
• Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable
• Familiarity with financial concepts and principles related to accounts receivable
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Prepare and send invoices
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Some Human Resource Functions

Experience:

• Experience working with QuickBooks (required)
• Experience in Bank Reconciliation (required)
• Experience with Acumatica (recommended)
• Experience/Knowledge of medical billing/coding is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
