Position: Program Director & Middle/High School Activities Director NOW HIRING!

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00

Position Overview:

Lead with precision and foresight to ensure the seamless execution of all program facets, focusing on providing comprehensive extracurricular experiences for middle and high school students. Responsible for crafting and implementing policies, managing staff and other service providers, budget oversight, and fostering partnerships to enhance student engagement and community involvement. Proficient in coordinating a diverse range of activities, including grant-funded STEM/math initiatives, 5th-day enrichment activities, athletics participation in CHSSA (Colorado High School Sports Association), and ensuring supervision and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Ensure alignment of extracurricular activities with the school's mission and values.
  •  Collaborate with school staff to align program activities with academic goals.
  •  Oversee diverse extracurricular activities for middle/high school students, offering a range of opportunities.
  •  Organize and supervise 5th-day enrichment activities, including STEM/math initiatives.
  •  Implement program policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  •  Lead with strategic foresight to ensure program success, providing adept leadership.
  •  Coordinate supervision, transportation, and celebrations to boost school spirit while ensuring safety.
  •  Efficiently oversee staff and other service providers to enhance performance, emphasizing supervision and safety.
  •  Develop and enforce precise program policies and procedures, prioritizing safety protocols.
  •  Provide support and guidance to student participants, nurturing personal and social development.
  •  Collaborate with administration, staff, and student leaders to plan and execute extracurricular events and programs.
  •  Manage a wide array of extracurricular activities for middle and high school students, including CHSSA athletics.
  •  Meticulously manage budget allocation and expenditure, adhering to grant regulations.
  •  Supervise all program staff and training.
  •  Manage program budgets in accordance with grant regulations.
  •  Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, including administration, families, and community partners.
  •  Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments for success.
  •  Ensure compliance with all grant requirements and regulations.
  •  Cultivate relationships with community partners to support program objectives.
