This role works across a variety of programs to support people with managing their money, paying their bills, and saving for the future.

Key responsibilities include :

• Handle incoming customer calls, providing high quality and responsive service
• Process financial transactions such as deposits and payments in a timely manner
• Use a variety of computer programs to enter and retrieve data
• Apply problem solving skills to quickly and efficiently identify issues and solutions
• Work effectively in a team environment, quickly learning a variety of programs and helping others as needed

The ideal candidate will have :

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Ability to handle a large volume of transactions effectively and efficiently
• High School Diploma (some college preferred) plus one year of experience in a customer service / administrative role or the equivalent combination of education and experience
