POSITION SUMMARY:
An Employment Trainer manages a small caseload of individuals with disabilities in community-based jobs. They maintain a relationship with participants, employers and families to achieve meaningful employment.. By helping to create and promote strong work systems, the goal is to help the participant become as independent as possible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred (four year college or technical school)
1 plus years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
Must have access to an insured vehicle.
Must have a home computer with internet access and video capabilities.
Able to pass all required background checks.
Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
