Full Time – Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team and oversee maintenance, repairs, and construction projects for our organization. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in various maintenance and repair works, with knowledge in construction, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance and repair work. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential, allowing you to assess maintenance needs and provide efficient solutions for our agency’s facilities. In addition to performing repairs and installations, you will manage small to medium-sized construction projects and coordinate with staff, vendors, and contractors as needed.

Excellent communication and customer service skills will be valuable in responding promptly to program requests and emergencies while providing advice and recommendations. You will be required to ensure safety while projects are underway, following OSHA-approved safety practices. As the Maintenance Manager, you will also be responsible for maintaining a fleet of vehicles, assessing their needs, and ensuring routine maintenance. Additionally, organizational skills are required to help maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed, as well as estimating approximate costs for proposed projects.

While certifications and trade licenses are preferred, you should be capable of completing tasks that do not require certified professionals. Physical stamina and a valid driver's license with a clean record are required for this role, along with basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication. Salary $70,172 - $85,294/year D.O.E. Additional 5% if bilingual (E/S). Generous benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage. EOE.
