As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will enjoy :

Competitive pay : Starting at $18 per hour for MT1 and starting at $20 for MTII. Offers based on experience plus OT and the potential to earn a 2.5% incentive bonus.

Day Schedule with some nights or weekends : Monday through Friday - 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm with an on-call schedule

Great benefits that start after 30 days or less : Medical, Dental, and Vision start the 1 st of the month after your hire date, 403B retirement plan up to 5%.

The company contributes 3% regardless of an employee’s contribution. Additionally, the company matches 2% of the amount an employee contributes.
