JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the development of an employment network and fostering resources to facilitate job leads for program participants. This position supports the program's goals by providing placement assistance and job readiness training/assistance to participants and all referred clientele.
Pay: $28.84 an hour- approx. $60,000 annually.
FLSA: Non-exempt. Eligible for overtime.
Schedule: 8am-4pm Monday-Friday (sometimes will need to be available for weekend coverage).
Location: Rego Park Queens, NY
These duties are essential and specific to the successful implementation of this position.
What do I need to apply?
Education and Experience: High School Diploma required with work experience as a Placement Specialist/Job Developer. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years recruiting experience placing candidates in occupations/positions which are in heavy demand.
