Work Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for surgical procedures by assisting surgeon’s needs and collaborating with surgery staff.
• Inspect supplies, equipment, and instruments pulled for surgery procedures.
• Label medications on sterile field.
• Prepare patient’s surgical suite for needed supplies.
• Assist in room turnover, including cleanup of supplies, instruments, and equipment returns.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as a surgical technician.
• Minimum Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Orthopedic experience is preferred.
• BLS on hire

Certified Scrub Tech pay range: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Non-Certified Scrub Tech pay range: $24.00 - $33.60 per hour, depending on education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performance.
