Community Horizons has the privilege of assisting a wonderful family in the Green Bay area to recruit for a skilled nursing in-home provider. Ideally this candidate would have a LPN license or high credentialing.

In this position you will have the assistance of a caregiver for all cares and tasks.

The hours for this position are from 730am-11am on Monday, Thursday, and Fridays.

The pay for this position starts at $23/hour

Training and comfort in the following care tasks is a requirement:

· Tracheotomy care and deep suctioning

· Knowledge of and experience using a cough assist

· Bowel program with stim.

· Suprapubic catheter care

· Taking vitals

· Use of a Nebulizer

· Use of a ceiling-suspended Hoyer

· All personal care tasks (Showering, nail care, hair care, beard care, etc.)

· Range of motion stretches

· Dressing and undressing

· Use of a powered wheelchair

· AFO and body braces

· Caring for individuals with spinal cord injuries

Additional requirements:

· Drivers license and reliable vehicle.

· Licensure in good standing.

· Confidence in your abilities and training.

· Can work with little oversight.

· Has a sense of humor!
