Community Horizons LLC. offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants a choice over who provides services and how to receive them. The members make all of the hiring decisions.

Pay: $14.75 per hour

• Someone who likes to chat while they work.
• Can come in and see what needs to be done and then get it done!
• Someone who can understand and respond to verbal instructions.
• Bonus if you love cleaning and organizing!

In this role you could expect to complete the following tasks weekly:

• Vacuum.
• Organize.
• Sweep.
• Mop.
• Dishes (wash, dry, put away).
• Make bed with fresh linens.
• Dust & wipe down walls and counters.
• Laundry (including folding and putting away).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.75 per hour
