Community Honda is Hiring a Sales Professional Near Cedar, IA

Have you been considering retail automobile sales? Community Honda is the exclusive Honda automobile retailer in the Cedar Valley. We are seeking qualified candidates to apply for our 2 open positions on our professional sales team.

Experience in customer service, hotels, restaurant servers, retail sales, and call centers are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers by assisting them in their vehicle selection by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Develop expert product knowledge of the Honda line up
  • Master the presentation of the many available technologies in todays automobiles
  • Perform accurate and professional presentations and demonstrations of all New and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow-up with sold and unsold customers for continued sales and service business.
  • Learn to overcome customer objectives in a positive, customer focused manner.
  • Directly report to multiple Sales Managers daily regarding sales objectives and all daily sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record. All applicants must provide a DMV issued driving record prior to position being offered.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends
  • Must be self-motivated; ready to hit the ground running daily.
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
