We are looking to hire an energetic, driven and goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn about the investment real estate industry.

As a Selling Specialist, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential buyers, investors, and other real estate professionals and effectively market the properties available for wholesale.

The perfect candidate is ideally self motivated and eager to learn the industry. While residential real estate experience is certainly valued, a license is not required for this position.

The pay is commission based with a potential to earn up to $100,000.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with investor and buyers
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner
• Be able to make 15 calls a day to clients as well as send emails and texts.
• Enter all relevant notes pertaining to each property and buyer into Google spreadsheet on a daily basis
• Assist Company with misc projects as needed
• Attend auctions and networking events
• Track and log all buyer side of deals

• Must have exceptional verbal communication skills and phone skills (friendly)
• Exceptional in long term relationship building

• Natural sales ability

Compensation
Commission based with the potential to earn up to $100,000.

A real estate license is not required.
