Falls Community Health is a community medical and dental clinic for all ages. The goal of FCH is to reduce health inequalities by providing high quality, accessible, and affordable health care. FCH serves patients at four sites: the main site and three school-based sites, and all services are available to residents regardless of their ability to pay.

JOB SUMMARY
Provide professional nursing care for clients at Falls Community Health that ensures safe and effective primary health care. Provide assistance to the provider and triage walk-in and phone clients, process medication refill requests, assist with procedures and tracking, and return patient phone calls.
Minimum Qualification Standards:
Hourly Pay
LPN: $23.14 - 26.98 hourly with up to $5,000 for hiring incentive
RN: $31.78 - $37.88 hourly with up to $5,000 for hiring incentive
