Community Health & Wellness Partners - CHWP is Hiring a Front Office Associate / STNA Near Liberty, OH
Community Health & Wellness Partners has an opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills or patient relationships as a STNA.
- We offer an office setting with hours between 7:30am-7:00pm
- 8 hours shifts, only 1 shift per week until 7:00pm
- One, 4 hour shift every 2 months on a Saturday
- No Sunday hours
- No major Holidays

As an Outreach Associate, you will be the first contact for patients over the phone and in person. Excellent customer service skills are necessary. Computer skills are required but training will be provided.
Education:
High School education required.
State Tested Nursing Assistants will be considered
Must be able to work Multiple Locations within Logan and Champaign County
