We're looking for someone with experience in social media management and video production to help us tell an exceptional story in different ways for different platforms. You will work with our editorial team to bring these stories to life in video, graphic and written formats.

Responsibilities:In this role, some of your key responsibilities include:
Supporting the digital channels for our healthcare consumer news series, MedWatch Today.
Developing and delivering effective and compelling video and graphic content through a variety of channels.
Coordinating with the larger editorial team to plan, develop and publish high-quality content across all Community channels.
Coordinating the copywriting, editing, design, production and distribution of social media communications.
Creating and maintaining a social media calendar in collaboration with other Communications team members and our regular contributors through the organization.
Monitoring social media channels to stay up-to-date on trends, topics and conversations relevant to Community's audiences.
Maintaining our video media channels with video, descriptions and titles for accessibility.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fundamentals in marketing, PR and digital communication
Principles of solid graphic design and photography
Interpretation and application of laws, regulations and professional standards for program/service area
Excellent copy-writing, editing, planning and presentation skills
Proficiency in web content management systems
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and work independently to advance corporate marketing and communication strategies and initiatives with an understanding of corporate needs and interdependencies
Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
Education & Experience
High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or related field required or 7 years of related experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree
3 to 5 years of progressively responsible, professional Communications experience required
Experience in the Healthcare industry or a Healthcare setting preferred
