CHCW has an opening for a Scheduling Agent to join our team in the Call Center. You will be working alongside other call center agents to provide excellent customer service to our diverse patients and customers while handling their requests accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include answering multiline telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and obtaining patient eligibility and benefits. This position requires someone who is reliable, organized, and detail oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED is required
• Prior experience in medical office and/or call center is preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required
• Pre-Employment drug screen is required
