We operate seven convenient locations throughout Reno and Sparks, providing comprehensive, top-quality medical services, dental and pediatric care, behavioral health, low-cost pharmacies, nourishing food pantries, and more.
Job Description: The Nurse Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the nursing staff under their supervision, which ranges from planning and evaluating systems, rotations, and methods to ensuring that individual patients are receiving quality care.

Competitive salary: $93,575 - $145,042
100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 1st of month from date of hire.
Student Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corp. With a score of 19, in almost all cases, repayment is awarded to our providers who enroll.
Continuing education benefit provided at 40 hours & $1800 per year
Paid Time Off:
3.6 weeks off within the first year; 18 PTO days, 5 days paid sick leave, 5 days paid personal/float days, and 5 days paid continuing education; based on FTE status
7 paid holidays per year
CHA paid pension plan at 5% of earnings after one year of service; no employee match
Additional 403(b)retirement annuity plan for employee to save; no employer match
100% License, registration, and certification reimbursement for most clinical staff
Malpractice coverage through FTCA (Federal Tort Claims Act)
CHA provides a $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy for each benefit-eligible employee at no cost to the employee. This is an employee benefit paid and sponsored by CHA.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nevada.
Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required
Experience working with a wide variety of patient populations, including patients living in poverty and individuals of minority groups.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Problems are solved with creativity and ingenuity.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Able to establish and maintain effective working relations and to work in a team environment.
Able to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple activities and tasks
Familiar with computers (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Preferred Qualifications
BSN preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare preferably in progressive supervisory roles
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Capacity to travel between sites for coverage as needed
