Job Summary: The Licensed Therapist will provide mental health and/or marriage & family counseling to patients of Community Health Alliance (CHA) and their families. The behavioral health provider will collaborate with the mental health staff, referral source, and multi-disciplinary staff at Community Health Alliance (CHA) to assess, diagnose and form a treatment plan for the patient.Spanish speaking required.

Competitive salary: $61,685-$92,528
100% company paid employee medical insurance and 90% paid vision and dental on the 1st of month from date of hire.
Student Loan Repayment through the National Health Service Corp. With a score of 19, in almost all cases, repayment is awarded to our providers who enroll.
Continuing education benefit provided at 40 hours & $1800 per year
Paid Time Off:
6.5 weeks off within the first year; 18 PTO days, 5 days paid sick leave, 5 days paid personal/float days, and 5 days paid continuing education; based on FTE status

CHA provides a $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment policy for each benefit-eligible employee at no cost to the employee. This is an employee benefit paid and sponsored by CHA.
Education and Experience: Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family counseling, clinical psychology, or closely related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hold a current license under the Social Work Board or the Marriage and Family Therapist Board to practice in the State of Nevada or eligibility for licensure in Nevada. Must demonstrate experience working with culturally diverse populations. Spanish speaking required.
