Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana is Hiring a Supervisor Member Relations Near Munster, IN

POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Fitness Pointe Director, coordinates all aspects of member relations activities to include, member recruitment and promotion, member account management and member retention efforts. Plans and assigns the work of the Receptionist, Member Relations Clerk, and Account Specialist.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BS of BA degree in a business related field and at least 1 year experience in a business office atmosphere, preferably in a Health and Fitness setting.
Demonstrated PC skills with work processing, desktop publishing, and spreadsheet programs.
Minimum of two (2) years successfully working in a position requiring extensive interaction with the public. Supervisory experience preferred.
