Seeking Pediatric Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician and under the supervision of the Regional Director of Therapy Services.
Education/Experience: Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy with a minimum of a Masters degree in PT. State of Indiana Physical Therapy License required, or eligible for state licensure within 180 days.
Part-time hours are also available.
