Community Family Resources is Hiring a Medical Detox Nurse-Days PT/PRN Near Iowa, IA
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide Comprehensive Assessment and Care Plan delivery for clients following physician and standing orders.
- Be an active member of the integrated care team.
- Active participation for individualized discharge planning for each client.
- Close collaboration with medical providers for each client to ensure high quality care.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in Iowa.
- Experience in substance use treatment services is preferred.
- Type: Part-Time or PRN
- Hours:
- Part-Time: 1-2 12-hour shifts each week (6a-6p)
- PRN: available for PRN work as a back up for staff absences. Work frequency may fluctuate and may be for day or night shift.
