POSITION OVERVIEW: This is a hybrid position, The Front Desk Scheduler not only greets patients, but they are also responsible for a myriad of other clerical tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing/scanning. Front Desk Schedulers must have both good communication and basic computer skills.

The Dental Assistant is responsible for supporting the Dentist during treatments, exams, and treatment discussions with patients. This position is responsible for performing general RDA duties in collaboration with other team members. We are looking for team members who are focused on providing quality customer service and maintaining a strong professional relationship with others and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for and do the following:

• Main focus will be answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
• Greeting patients and scanning documents
• Support in back office duties such as setting up and sterilizing exam and treatment rooms
• Other duties as assigned.
