Community Counseling Group is Hiring a Clinical Supervisor (LMHP R/E) Near Petersburg, VA
Immediate full-time opening for an LMHP-R/E. Community Counseling Group (CCG) is a community mental health services provider offering Mental Health Skill-Building, Intensive In-Home, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR). We are looking for an experienced LMHP-R/E in community mental health to work in our PSR program. We invite you to become a central part of our professional, cordial, and motivated team. Primary Duties:
- Conduct client intakes to include assessments and complete initial stay authorization requests.
- Conduct re-assessments and continued stay authorization request.
- Develop monthly schedule of group topics.
- Review and approve Individual Service Plans and Quarterlies. Write quarterlies as needed.
- Manage documentation tracker (ISP, Safety Plans, Quarterlies, Reassessments, and Continued Stays)
- Conduct supervison
- Staff Cases
- Chart audit and maintenance as needed.
- Provide documentation training to staff
- Conduct quarterly training.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Provide clinical guidance.
- Ensure that programs meet the needs of individuals receiving services.
- Perform clinical supervision as needed.
