Position Objective:
To co-manage and assist with recruitment, retainment and staffing supports as they relate to the overall operation of the human resource department.
Performance Responsibilities:

Recruitment liaison and support
Hiring process (postings, interview scheduling, background checks, contracts, etc.)
Onboarding of new staff members
Retention activities and support
Compliance training management
Compiling state and district reports
Employment records
Preparations for Board of Education meetings
?General customer service, distributing phone calls, data processing, filing, record keeping, etc.

Terms of Employment:
Work Year: 12 Months
Hours Per Day: 8 (7:30a - 4:00p)
Starting Hourly Range: $21.18 - $22.79 (Experience considered)
Ilinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) pension fund
