General Summary: The program coordinator assists the Dean for Business and Information Technology to work with CIT faculty at all sites in the promotion of CIT programs both internally and externally, facilitating program assessment and reviews, keeping the curriculum current and coordinating with the CIT advisory committee.

Candidate must currently be a full-time faculty member teaching in the CIT Discipline.
Job Duties:
1. Assist in program promotion activities and articulation of programs and courses with four-year institutions.
2. Coordinate among CIT discipline program faculty assessment and follow-up activities to meet Middle States requirements in this area.
3. Coordinate among CIT discipline faculty four-year program review for all CIT discipline programs.
4. Review assessment results, facilitate discussion among discipline faculty, and assist with implementing resulting recommendations.
5. Confer with administration regarding new programs and initiatives that meet the academic or workforce needs and their implementation that meets the academic needs of students.
6. Confer with CIT department heads and faculty at all sites where the CIT discipline programs are offered about scheduling of classes online or in an accelerated fashion.
7. Coordinate meetings with the Advisory Committee for the CIT discipline programs and assist with implementing board recommendations.
8. Facilitate with other departments any CIT discipline program promotional materials.
9. Prepare a CIT program report and submit it to the Dean for Business and Information Technology at the end of each semester.
10. Other related duties as required.
