Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs and administering medications
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist during procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
- Perform medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient information
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Familiarity with medical administrative tasks such as billing and coding
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is a plus
- Ability to operate X-ray machines and perform basic radiology procedures is an advantage
