Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to oversee our banking operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, fostering a positive environment, and ensuring excellent service.
Duties:
- Manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with banking policies and regulations.
- Assist with new accounts and lending.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve branch targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the branch team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor branch financials, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance products and services offered by the branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) or prior management expertise.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and loan processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in basic math and financial principles.
- Exceptional communication skills for building relationships with customers and staff.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $43,680.00 - $52,000.00 per year
