A day in the life of an RN / Expectations:

• Providing patient care to residents
• Provide acute patient care and treatment
• Complies with State and federal Regulations
• Works collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
• Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinates patient care
• Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Valid State license(s)
• Previous experience 3 or more years in nursing or other medical fields (preferred)
• Point Click Care experience (preferred)
• Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation
