Part-Time or Full-Time Direct Support Position
We are seeking the right individual to join our collaborative team in supporting our adult son with Autism. The hours are aligned with the school calendar, including regular hours, vacations, and snow days. The scheduled hours typically range from late morning to afternoon.
Qualifications:
· Outgoing, self-motivated individual with a keen ability to read body language.
· Training will be provided, and ongoing support/training will be offered by the family and our BCBA.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Pay is commensurate with experience and education.
· Employee benefits (dependent on full or part-time status), such as health coverage, earned time, and mileage reimbursement, are provided through Community Bridges, our area agency.
· This team operates as a Self-Directed Family Program, where the family oversees day-to-day work and conducts reviews.
Location:
· The position is in and around the Concord, NH area.
