BCBA position to focus on joining our Niles, Ohio team to provide evidence-based services to Trumbull County learners! You will join a team of BCBAs that are committed to evolving ABA services. Part time remote options available as well.
At Community Behavior Consulting, our BCBAs are a part of a team that focuses on a positive community, staff development, and innovative approaches to make the world a better place. As such, we offer salaries with benefits that include 16 paid holidays, 3 staff training days, 10 days of PTO, and complementary attendance at state and national conferences. Our low staff turnover allows us to focus on analysis for our clients. BCBAs are encouraged to focus on client need as opposed to billable hours, which relieves you from focusing on each billable hour.
The desired candidate:
The desired BCBA is focused on trauma-informed approached to behavior intervention, has experience or willingness to learn interventions and approaches with a variety of disability profiles, and has experience of willingness to learn how to work with a variety of systems to promote client progress.
Essential responsibilities:
The BCBA will have a reasonable caseload that is within the recommendations outlined by the Council for Autism Service Providers (CASP). The BCBA will be responsible for treatment plan development, implementation, modeling, data analysis, and staff feedback under the direction of the Clinical Director. The BCBA will attend bi-weekly team meetings to focus on compliance and generally accepted standards of care, company culture, to ask questions, and help plan training within our company and beyond.
Location: Niles, Ohio with options to work in area schools based on desired need.
