Description of Job Responsibilities - Supports clients with personal hygiene & daily living skills and with daily house-keeping.- Supports clients with daily training &/or supports plans. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -Ability to follow written & oral instructions.- Ability to accurately document observations.- Ability to implement, & follow the policies and procedures of the agency.- Ability to teach residents the following skills:- eating- bathing- grooming- dressing- other self-care skills- Ability to observe the Rights & Personal Dignity of others.- Ability to Observe, Record, & Report residents behaviors, attitude, and physical conditions.- Worker must be able to meet physical demands of position including but not limited too:- standing- bending- walking- pushing- lifting up to 50lbs- intervening during occasional aggressive behaviors- Completion of company training programs is required for continued employment:- CPR/First Aid - TOVA- Medication
Required-High School Diploma or GED.- Ability to communicate effectively.
