Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while processing a variety of financial transactions.
Duties:
Customer Service- Assist customers in lobby, drive thru and on the telephone
Scanning- Scan or download and input all new account paperwork into system
Maintain signature card file and CIP forms and driver’s licenses
Safe Deposit Boxes-maintain safe deposit box inventory and maintenance
Balance Teller Cash Drawer
Daily Teller/Vault/Cash/ATM Reconciliation
Process customer check orders
Process incoming wire transfers and back up for outgoing wire transfers
Back-up for New Accounts-checking/savings, Certificate of deposits, IRA’s, HSA’s, etc
Process Corporate Visa Account payments
All other duties as assigned

- Proficient in cash handling
