Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Association Manager. As a Community Association Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations of our communities. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Assist with the management and administration of the association
- Negotiate and execute contracts with vendors and service providers
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records
- Perform data entry tasks to update resident information and track community activities
- Provide administrative support to the Board Of Directors as needed
- Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management and community management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with the membership
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
