We are seeking a Facilities Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews work order requests and assigns them to the appropriate vendor/ completes requests as appropriate
• Routinely inspects the community and advises GM of any issues or corrections that need to take place
• Maintains professional working relationships with committee members, vendors, and staff
• Makes general minor repairs at the direction of the GM
• Oversees contractor work and performs final inspections with Association engineer (as needed) once work has been completed
• Inspects all work performed on common areas and reports to GM that the work is completed in a satisfactory manner before payment of invoice
• Performs weekly and quarterly checks of all gates, light poles etc. to ensure they are functioning properly
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing job duties in compliance with OSHA guidelines and requirements
• Works closely with an assigned committee by generating reports and tracking multiple projects, generate a monthly committee packet and attend monthly committee meetings

Qualifications:

• Strong background in facilities maintenance preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years general experience in construction, vendor oversight, maintenance or handy work preferred
• Strong customer service and professional verbal communication skills required
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Intermediate-level computer skills (strongly preferred).
• Able to work between indoor/outdoor environments
